MEDICAL DIRECTOR SERVICES FOR ARIZONA NURSES & ESTHETICIANS

FOR NURSES

REGISTERED NURSES & CLT In Arizona, Registered Nurse injectors must employ an off-site medical director to administer any injectable product. 

To offer and perform laser or radiofrequency services a separate certification and licensure is required by the State of Arizona for all operators to obtain. 

An RN can obtain their Certified Laser Technician (CLT) license. 

A non-RN CLT may perform Laser and/or IPL (Intense Pulse Light) for Laser Hair Removal/Reduction with an off-site medical director and an RN in-house during treatment.

OPTION 1 $750 / MONTH

  • Medical authority and offsite supervision as required by law

  • Prescription access PRN for patients

  • Text access 24/7

  • Policy and Procedures for treatments

  • Professional Guidance from a provider with 10+ years in the aesthetic industry

  • Biannual site visit

  • Access to questionnaires, consent forms, & pre/post treatment instructions for injectables

  • 1 Private Training per year (4-hour Training)

  • 2 Shadow Days per year (4 hours of Shadowing)

  • 10% off additional training

  • Option to join existing vendor accounts for tier pricing to receive discount on injectable products

  • Discounted treatments for members

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT ACCESS + SERVICE COVERAGE $250

The State of Arizona requires an off-site Medical Director to perform:

  • radio frequency

  • micro needling >0.5mm

  • medium depth chemical peels

  • any and all laser work
