Allison is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working in the field of Aesthetics for over 7 years and has been a nurse for over 12. She holds extensive knowledge in all areas of aesthetic injections including techniques, products, technology, policies and procedures, and safety. She feels education and safety are of the utmost importance for any practice.
Allison offers medical director services for aesthetic injectors and estheticians in Arizona. Additionally, she offers private comprehensive beginner injectables training and shadowing opportunities for RNs looking to get into the field of aesthetics.

Registered Nurses & CLT
To offer and perform laser or radiofrequency services a separate certification and licensure is required by the State of Arizona for all operators to obtain.
- An RN can obtain their Certified Laser Technician (CLT) license.
- A non-RN CLT may perform Laser and/or IPL (Intense Pulse Light) for Laser Hair Removal/Reduction with an off-site medical director and an RN in-house during treatment.
